One visit. About an hour. A proper conversation about what you want, and what will actually work in your home.

We visit your home
At a time that suits you. Evenings and Saturdays available.

We assess the space
Room size, existing chimney (if any), ventilation, hearth requirements, flue route.
§3
We discuss options
Stove size, output (kW), fuel type, aesthetic. Honest opinions about what fits.
§4
We answer your questions
HETAS, smoke control areas, Ecodesign, running costs, build regs. Anything.
§5
We send a written quote
Itemised, clear, no surprises. Typically within 48 hours of the survey.
What makes our surveys different
Our in-house HETAS-registered engineers do the surveys, not a separate sales team. The person assessing your home is the person who understands what will and won't work, and will also be on site when we install.
