Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.We didn’t really know what we needed, however Dave in the showroom was very patient and extremely helpful taking us through the options and offering impartial and objective advice. There was no hard sell, just advice and guidance. Based on the advice we were able to order the stove, hearth and surround.The fitters came on the date and time they said they would. We were sent reminders and updates.The fitters covered everything with plastic as well as covering the floors. They worked so hard, not really stopping. They were excellent, trying to ensure that that there was no mess.We needed plastering work done following removal of the old fire place. The two plasters, organised by Fife Stoves, did a great job. No mess; leaving a beautifully smooth wall.The fitting was spaced out over two separate days due to needing a custom made metal box for the insert. On the second day, again the fitters were excellent, along with the owner Chad, who came to oversee the final fitting.The finish is lovely,. We are so pleased.We can highly recommend Fife Stoves. They provide a quality service.

The service we received from Fife Stoves was first class! From the first contact to the installation date we were very impressed with the professional and courteous way the company dealt with us. They kept us fully informed and gave us advice as and when required. Very pleased with the entire process and of course our lovely new wood burner! Thank you!

I spoke to several suppliers when replacing an existing stove in my home. While all were professional, the team at Fife Stoves really stood out for their knowledge and customer care.From the initial phone conversation, we quickly moved to a FaceTime call so they could assess the existing installation, followed by a site visit to fully understand the more complicated aspects of the job. We then discussed options and pricing before making a final decision.Communication throughout was excellent, and the installation itself went very smoothly. I was kept fully informed at all times, and every effort was made to minimise disruption. Any mess created during the installation was thoroughly cleaned up before the team left.Overall, it was a great buying experience, and I’m very happy to highly recommend Fife Stoves.

Very prompt and professional service. All work appears to have been done well and very tidy. Excellent communication throughout. Appeared quite expensive but I think you get what you pay for.

First class service from our consultation to the installation of our Chesneys traditional stove. The lads who installed the stove were friendly and super efficient. Job done well in estimated time. Boys left our livingroom spotless. Highly recommend!

A very positive experience from my first visit to enquire about stoves through to the installation which was completed in a very professional manner. They gave me a good explanation of how to use the stove to get the best from it. I would definitely recommend them.
